When I bought the t50pro I saw that it says on the website that it is Android 14. After I received it I saw that it is Android 13 and it does not upgrade to Android 14

Tclast t50 pro, año 2024, viene con android 13, no actualiza a 14, tampoco funciona bien el navegador chrome. Desinstalar y volverlo a hacer cada vez. Por el precio que tiene vale la pena gastar un poquito mas y buscar una tablet REAL que no te engañen y tengan un buen servicio tecnico. Tclast solamente respoonde que lo pasan al servicio tecnico pero te quedas como estabas. Frustado y decepcionado con esta compra y esta marca. Nunca mas comprare Tclast. Mi palabra es la de un usuario normal como tu que se ha sentido estafado y frustado.
just a list of things that are not ok with the tablet.
1.No Software upgrade and no Android 14 (they changed serial and not going to support 2 months tablet that came with android 13
2.Game performance are very pool!
3.Screen resolution is strange and you can't change it, makes alot of apps not show properly.
4.you might think there are two camera lenses NOPE one is a false fake one and the real one camera quality is very poor feels like 10 years ago hardware.
5.charging issue, need to reboot or turn off and on for it to recognize the charger and start charging (complete BS)
6.the skin/ launcher is horrible why change icons to ugly ones and take away features from google and add your one none functioning ones.
重量が480ｇと表示されていますが、実際には519ｇ（背後の保護シールをつけたまま）でした。ほかは問題ありませんでした。
