1. Warranty Coverage

The Warranty covers repair services for Teclast products for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. It is essential for customers to inspect the delivered package in the presence of the postal officer before signing for it. In the event of any damage or discrepancy, customers must immediately notify the post office, request an official document (including a claim request paper), and capture photographs or videos of the damaged or missing items. Customers should then contact the Company promptly, and we will respond in a timely manner to address the issue. We kindly request customers not to leave negative feedback or open a dispute without contacting us first.

1.1. Non-Human Damage

For non-human damage, the Company provides a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. Within this one-year period, buyers may return the product for repair.


1.2. Human Damage and Replacement Parts

In cases of human damage and the need for replacement parts, customers are responsible for the costs associated with the purchase of replacement parts and repair services.

4.3. Unauthorized modification or commercial use of the product.
4.4. Damage occurring during the return transit process.
4.5. Unsupervised use of the product by children under the age of 18.
4.6. Any exclusions specified in the manufacturer's original enclosed instruction manual for other goods.
